We had an issue with the toilet in our room and the woman who helped us was exceptional. She was kind, informative, and very apologetic. She made an annoyance as easy to deal with as possible. The room was fantastic and very comfortable!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk. The room was great. It was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Horsehead area.

There was no breakfast. But there was STARBUCKS coffee which is wonderful. Room was nicely sized, clean and the bed was comfy.
